WHO WE ARE - CHI SIAMO

I was very young when I left Italy - returning now in my maturity I have rediscovered the beauty - the art and the culture of my native land - the Region of Umbria and that of Central Italy. 
The act of selling an old farmhouse, often deserted and in poor condition, but in which generations of farmers have lived, worked and loved in times when life was very hard indeed, bas became almost an act of reverence towards the land of my fathers and for the traditions it has imbued in me. To see life return to such ancient houses when they are restored and enjoyed by their hew owners is a source of great happiness for me. 
It is because such dwellings are to be found only in country districts still almost undisturbed by modern developments, that I deal almost exclusively with rural properties which may have been farmhouse -manors -castles or medieval towers in their original existence . I pursue my activity with the seriousness and devotion of someone w ho really loves his work. 

Ho lasciato l'Italia giovanissimo. Sono poi tornato in età matura e ho riscoperto la bellezza, l'arte e la cultura della mia terra: l'Umbria e l'Italia Centrale. 
L 'atto di vendere un casale abbandonato e fatiscente dove generazioni di contadini hanno vissuto, lavorato e amato in tempi molto duri è quasi un atto d'amore verso la mia terra e le mie tradizioni. Veder la vita tornare nello stesso casale ristrutturato è di grande soddisfazione. La mia attività viene svolta quasi esclusivamente nel campo immobiliare rurale: 
casali -case padronali -castelli, antiche torri, operando con la serietà di chi ama il proprio lavoro.
